A one-sided deadbolt is normally used on patio doors because it has a thumbturn on the inside and no lock cylinder or plate on the outside of the door. The deadbolt thrown or retracted from interior side only.

Deadbolt is furnished with a specially-designed reinforcing strike constructed of high grade steel for ultimate strength and durability. Installed with four (4) security jamb screws (including two (2) 3 in. screws) and a dust box and is covered with an armored front to conceal the fasteners. The 3 in. screws securing the reinforcing strike resist tampering and guard against theft.
Deadbolt fits 1-3/4 in. thick doors.
Meets ANSI A156.5 Grade 1 requirements.
